- Excellent value, with many reviewers highlighting that while there might be better steppers on the market, you won’t get anything better than this one for the price.

- A few users reported cracks in the footpad after some use. One buyer reported weighing 235 lbs, however, was still less than the advertised limit of 250 lbs.
- Many customers who rated this machine 1-star reported troubles with the resistance when they first bought it. It was too high and they were unable to reduce it enough to make the machine run smoothly. After a month of use, the tension went completely in some cases.
