This particular calculator is dedicated to our Body Recomposition plan.
By using this calculator, you’ll discover exactly how many grams of protein, carbs, and fats you will need to achieve your fitness goals.

How to use the body recomposition macro calculator
Here are the steps you must take to use the macro calculator:
- Download the macro calculator
- Calculate your protein intake requirements (enter 4 – 5 times per week for workouts if using this for body recomposition)
- Work out your maintenance calories using a TDEE calculator. Enter activity as “moderate”

Why you should use a macro calculator
It is important when starting a new workout plan to calculate your calories and macros. If you’re not getting the balance right then you won’t see great results in the gym.
By using the free tools Fitness Savvy has created, you can be sure to know exactly how many grams of each nutrient you should consume to achieve the results you want.
We’ve designed this particular calculator for use with the Fitness Savvy body recomposition plan. We will be developing this to account for other plans such as bulking, lean bulking, cutting, and general weight loss.
