Ahhhhh, rest day again. I say it like it is a good thing. It’s not. Rest day means low calorie day, and I’m already hungry by 10am.
Fasted until 2pm. 16 hours in total. 10g BCAA in the morning and some black coffee. Other food today included:
- 125g cashew nuts
- 4 x whole scrambled eggs and 2 slices of low-carb high-protein bread with butter
- 200ml orange juice
- 3 scoops of casien protein (1.5 of which were before bed, as usual)
Total Calories – 1,867
As expected, my biceps are sore as hell. Triceps a little sore, but not much. They better make the most of it, cos I’m gonna KILL them next time – mwhahahahahahaha
Last Night’s Sleep
Went to sleep at midnight. Up at 2am to feed the little one. The wind was strong, waking Charlie up at 4am. Back to sleep at 4.30 and up at 7.30. 6.5 hours sleep in total, with 2 interruptions. Not great.
Nothing much to report. Hit the dieting marks, didn’t with sleep. 8/10
